I am a member of the Association of Civil Marriage Celebrants of NSW/ACT Inc.

I have been a Civil Marriage Celebrant since 1996, and before that was the Deputy Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages for 8 years.

I consider myself to be a good family man with three grown up children and six grand children. Unfortunately my wife of 34 years, whom I absolutely adored, lost her battle with cancer in 2001. I devote much of my time now to helping others.

I am a Life Member of two local sporting clubs, enjoy golf and the beach.

I worked in the Public Sector for 35 years and was once described publicly by the then Premier of NSW as "one of the most efficient public servants in this state".

I treat marriage quite seriously, however I do encourage a little humour during the ceremony which I describe as simple but solemn. I am always available to discuss any issue with people contemplating marriage. I provide any advice sought and guarantee every client that the ceremony will be conducted in the manner they choose. I provide, if required, a signing table with full white cloth cover and lace cloth on top, and a chair and white chair cover tied with a long white ribbon.

I also provide a 3 metre red carpet if needed. I use the traditional hard red covered Marriage Register and an attractive Parker pen. A religious touch can be included if required and I am prepared to travel.

I will also arrange for a Certified copy of your Marriage Certificate from the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages if that is required, and at the same fee charged by the Registry.

Service is paramount to me.

I conduct Name Giving Ceremonies as well as Commitment Ceremonies {including same sex Commitment Ceremonies} and Renewal of Vows Ceremonies.

I also offer Funeral Services and have received a number of letters of thanks for the dignified way the service was conducted.
